We make pins that use high speed steel and powdered high speed steel. We buy raw materials from various steel manufacturers and put them through strict processing.
We use our own in-house vacuum furnace and harden steel products to specified hardness. We stabilize products by annealing and tempering and as a result, products achieve toughness.
We then go through the finalizing process. In-house lapping and outsource coating. After the final check-up, we ship them to customers.
We take orders from customers' blue prints. We take orders from a single piece. We listen to customers' feedback on our products. And with our experience and expertise, we propose methods to make pins more durable.
